Novin hosts The Explore Expo, a space for emerging interpreters, interpreter agencies, and community partners to connect and learn more about each other. 

Often, new interpreters enter the profession and are not immediately connected to various entities actively looking to expand their workforce with interpreters or ASL users. The goal of Explore Expo is to address this disconnect head-on by hosting an all-in-one networking expo. We aim to connect various state agencies, colleges/universities, local Deaf schools, and other entities that employ interpreters with the Novin Community in Massachusetts.

This event occurs every year in the Spring.
